I joined the paid survey site www.pandaresearch.com a few days ago and
have so far "earned" $131, although all but $5 of this is still
pending approval by the site. My question is: Is pandaresearch.com a
legitimate paid surveys site? Can you find any proof of payouts they
have made to users? I was told in an email from their customer service
that most offers/surveys take 6 to 8 weeks for confirmation/approval
of payment. Is this site a scam?

I've been asking the same question. Frankly speaking, the
pandaresearch site seems to offer the least amount of money for
so-called surveys. My experience has been that you make out better by
going to sites such as "yourbillpaid.com", as well as a few others.
Also, on occasion when you log onto some of the sponsors' sites,
through the main site that is offering the gift card or whatever
incentive, when you log onto some sponsors' sites, that your
transaction does not take. In other words, you are not given credit
for having gone through the site with the incentive. I had to write
to two Attorney Generals' offices' in two different states in order to
force a particular gift card site to pay the $500 Gift Card. So be
careful and keep records of all transactions.
As for Pandaresearch.com, in my opinion you get less money for your
so-called survy taking because, most of the survey sites are a means
for you to take a trial offer or/a subscription to a service. You
must keep track of the cancellation dates, phone numbers, and whatever
else you must do in order not to get billed after the trials. I hope
that this information is helpful, and good luck to you. I got the
$500 in Target Gift Cards by paying a total of only $78 in incentives.
I was careful to cancel whatever I didn't want. I hope others read
this message and make the right choices.

Dear Pinkfreud,

Thank you for your last comment about PandaResearch. I have not been
impressed, and have spent the bare minimum amount of time on that
site.

However, I was redirected to a site offering the $500.00 MC incentive.
I have not yet received this. My obligation was 2 offers, of which I
cancelled after awhile. I kept everything. Your message gave me hope
I could get the $500.00.
Do you have any recommendations of how I can start to collect?

There are surveys I have participated in only to be rejected later. It
seems that if you participate in something like a trial, AOL, EBAY,
that kind of thing, that if you do not sign up for membership you do
not get paid. I can't even say for certain you get paid if you sign up
for membership. The smaller the payment offered the more likely it
will actually pay out. I've had an account with them since before
Christmas, I should have had an excess of the required 100 dollars,
instead I'm still around sixty.

I have been a member of panda research for about four years. I only do
the surveys when i'm bored. I guess if you really work at it you could
make some serious cash... They send you a check after you make so much
money and it usually takes a month for the first check to come in. Any
who yeah it works the pending payments take like 2 or three days. Hope
this helps
