Are websites where you can download TV shows legal?  For example... 
unlimitedtvshows.com and tvshowaccess.com.  I've heard about how it's
illegal to download music and movies, but haven't heard anything about
TV.  I don't need a very detailed answer; just a quick one will do
(hence the price).  Please ask for any clarification if needed.

It is indeed illegal to download television shows from the internet. 
Like music and movies, tv shows are also copyrighted material and are
owned by the producers of the programmes, therefore downloading them
without paying could be seen as a breach in copyright.  Recently
several major US television companies have begun to offer legal
downloads of some shows via the Apple iTunes software.

against several websites that facilitate the downloading of TV shows:
