How do I configure the settings on my computer to allow "View
Advertiser's Max Bid" function on www.overture.com to display after
entering a search term?
Max bids on listings do not show even after I enter the Security Code.
 It just keeps refreshing, then requests I re-enter a new Security
Code.

I experience the same problem by using the overture tool at:
http://uv.bidtool.overture.com/d/search/tools/bidtool/
