esher-ga,

Thanks for an interesting question.

The most recent (2004) data for per-capita national income, adjusted
for PPP, can be found here:

http://siteresources.worldbank.org/DATASTATISTICS/Resources/GNIPC.pdf
GNI per capita 2004, Atlas method and PPP

The PPP values for the countries you asked about (using UAE as the
value for Dubai) are as follows:

Denmark 31,550

United Kingdom 31,460

Netherlands 31,220

Italy 27,860

Spain 25,070

United Arab Emirates 21,000

Lebanon 5,380

===============

Normalizing the PPP to a value of UK=100 gives us:

Denmark 100.29

United Kingdom 100.00

Netherlands 99.24

Italy 88.56

Spain 79.69

United Arab Emirates 66.75

Lebanon 17.10

===============

I trust this information fully answers your question.
