Looking for a report/database that shows the US job growth over the
last five years with cities having over 10,000 job increases per year.

Just like any government site though, it's a convoluted convfusing
pain to sift through, just stare at it long enough and it'll make
sense. It's all I could do when I was at a certain government agency
researching HIV/AID (cough cough CDC cough cough).
