I would like to get a complete list of all banks in the United States
no particular order, just the complete name of the bank, not their
mailing address or phone #'s

List should look like this and in a text file:

North Country Bank and Trust
State Bank of Escanaba
State Farm Bank
Baybank
Republic Bank
First Bank 
Northern Michigan Bank and Trust

one bank name per line, caps as shown, no punctuation
