Hi, I don't mean to be brief, but a quick Google search brought up the following website/company: http://www.printingcrazy.com/default.aspx These people seem to deal with everything you're after, and on a more personal as opposed to systematic level. They are based in the UK however, but as it says on the home page, you can contact them about other shipping locations. Not sure what pricing will be like, but it would be worth contacting them just to enquire, and hopefully eliminate the need for a painfully long search! Another option could be http://customlogofactory.com/index.html, as they are based in the USA and seem to be a much larger organisation. Whether this would be good or bad for your needs I don't know, but it might also be worth contacting them just to enquire. I'm sure there are numerous other companies that will offer this service, but the majority unfortunately seem to print/embroid only their own garments. Hope this is a start for you anyway!
