In connection with a law suit in Connecticut, I need to located a
Massachusetts attorney (possibly now retired) by the name of Philip
Wharton, who practiced law in the greater Boston, MA area. He will be
a witness as to certain events that he witnessed during the 1970's and
1980's. He might be in his 60's now.

Dear arfie-ga ;

I know where Mr. Wharton is but I don?t know if you're going to truly

that].

On January 17, 2005 Attorney Philip A. Wharton died at the age of 71
at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, in New London, Connecticut from
complications following a stroke. He was interred at Elm Grove
Cemetery located at 197 Greenmanville Ave., Mystic, CT US 06355.

Your answer, though not great news, serves the purpose I was after.
Mr. Wharton was alleged to have made some statements to a certain
party months following Mr. Wharton's death.

Thank you for your help.
