To clarify the question, I suppose I should put a $ ceiling on pricing
because $96 or more is a bit out of bounds.  Maybe it's an
over-constrained question, but can we set $25 as price ceiling and add
to the list of possible albums anything but the current album From the
Ground Up, and the short album (really a single) Don't Look Back. 
With the expended list of potential albums, or even concert
recordings, perhaps there is something available.
