I need to translate the following message from Danish to English. Hej!

The message translates to English as follows: "Hello! Last Thursday I attended a Christmas lunch, I think that was a good experience. Because my handbag (maja[1]) have gone abroad, I made sure I threw away[2] all my belongings, in the best of style. Thus, I'd be very happy if you[3] sent me a SMS[4], or a mail with your[3] numbers! I'd like to use this opportunity to write "Merry Christmas" and thanks to all of you who attended our 90's party[5]. That was really hefty, so there will be another one in January. Have a nice time, Julie PS: I have got a new SIM card[6], so the number is still 26851494" Translation notes: [1] "Maja" is a common Danish girl's name. [2] "smide [...] væk" could also be translated as "lose" [3] plural form of "you"/"your" [4] ://www.google.com/search?q=define%3ASMS [5] This probaby refers to a 1990-style party, but might also refer to a 90th anniversary or a celebration for a school class [6] ://www.google.com/search?q=define%3ASIM Translation strategy: Norwegian is my mother tounge. Written Danish and Norwegian are very similar, so translating the message to English was quite easy. myoarin-ga's translation in the Comments section was quite good, but it had some small errors and unresolved ambiguities. I hope this translation fulfills your needs. If not, please request an answer clarification before proceeding to rate my answer. |

Basically, she wishes you a merry christmas (and tells you a little about her pre-Christmas feasts) and asks you to SMS or email her. I hope someone (maybe Blazius-ga) will be able to translate word-for-word. |

Blazius can correct me: "Thursday, I was at an Xmas brunch and I think it was a good experience/event. Since my handbag (Maja) is travelling abroad, I can take care of my own affairs, in best style. Therefore, I would be really pleased if you could send me an SMS or an email with your number [cellphone?]. I take the opportunity to write wishing you a Merry Christmas and to thank to all who came to our 90th celebration. It was good and intense, and should [?] be again in January [?]. Have a good time [a standard closing], Julie PS: I've got a new sim card so the number is still ..." Hmm, Camier, you can probably make better sense of any errors I made, especially the last line. Perhaps that is just wishing you a good New Year's celebration or good New Year. "Ha det dejligt", Myoarin |

"some small errors and unresolved ambiguities" Yes, quite, sorry! "smide ... waek", of course, "wegschmeissen" (German) ... I wasn't sure Blazius was around, but sure have depended on his being found. No, I didn't try to Google all the words; just once knew a little Norwegian and Swedish. Myoarin |
