I need the vendor or for a mail list server application like LISTSERV
that runs on either a Windows 2003 or Novell NetWare server.

1.	The program must be able to maintain lists remotely by a manager
via email or web page. Does not require user to be at the server site.
2.	Support multiple mail-announcement and discussion lists.
3.	Cost less that $200 and a proven product.
4.	Include security, SPAM blocking.
5.	The mailing lists will be less than 500 members and 1 per day.

I believe your requirements are as yet unmet by any product, which is
somewhat surprising to me. It seems no one has successfully set up a
port of Majordomo on Windows (and documented it.) You may want to
experiment with Cygwin and attempting to do this, or using another
lighter-weight open-source solution with Cygwin.

Perhaps a pet project for me to work on... or just add to my list.
