How Could Anyone (correct title) was written by Alaskan
singer/songwriter Libby Roderick and has been recorded on two CDs. 
The first is "If You See a Dream" (1990) and the second is "How Could
Anyone" (2005).  They are both available through Turtle Island Records
(www.libbyroderick.com).  You can also get sheet music for the song
(it's in a songbook), as well as tshirts with the lyrics.  The song
has travelled around the world and Libby and How Could Anyone were the
subjects of a special segment on CNN this past August as well as a
story by the Associated Press.  It's been sung by everyone from AIDS
orphans in Zambia to cancer survivors in North Carolina to children
with disabilities in Oregon; used in a Japanese book about eating
disorders, a German workshop on family systems, sung at the UN
Conference in Beijing China. The CNN producer is working on producing
a documentary about Libby and the global impact of How Could Anyone.
