I live in Australia. My pay TV provider, Foxtel, is running a promo for the
Lifestyle Food channel at present. The promo is a montage of kitchen
scenes and Chef's talking about why they love food. It includes chefs
like Maggie Beer who says something like 'it's something I never want
to be without'.

The promo is set to one of the most inspiring opera tunes I have ever
heard. My question is - what is the name of the Opera song that plays
in the background of this promo??? Please help. It's driving me nuts.
