I would like a list of all multinational companies doing business in
China.  Within that list, I would like to know which companies have
offices in Shanghai.

Fesco is a state-owned service provider for foreign companies, mainly
in Shanghai. They would cover many of those foreign companies in
Shanghai, but less than half. The rest would be done by other similar
companies.
