what chemical can be added to the finish of a polyester fabric to make
that fabric show magnetic properties when reacting to the perspiration
of the person wearing the fabric.

I think we need a little more detail. Only ferrous materials are
magnetic so you need an iron containing compound that reacts with
sweat. What are the other contraints? Can it swell? can it change
colour? etc.
