I'm a non-us citizen living in the United States for an extended
period of time. I regularly transfer money back and forth to my home
country (Norway). Unfortunately my bank (Wells Fargo, St Paul,
Minnesota) charges me $42 for outgoing and $12 for incoming transfers
to my account here.

Can someone reccomend me an online or Minnesota/Wisconsin bank where I
can etablish a chequing account and transfer (especially receive)
money substancially cheaper (preferably free)?

BTW. I prefer a good bank/service rather than a rapid answer, as this
isn't very urgent to me.

A consumer site that discusses these topics and gives ratings and
prices of different banks would be even better.
