Question ID: 605902
I am searching for Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) data for several
pieces of computer network equipment (routers and switches). I will
also accept MTTF. I have researched the OEM websites and collected
some information but have had trouble collecting others and am running
out of time.

The equipment I am searching for:
Marconi
ASX1000
ASX4000
BXR48000
BXR5000
NSX9500
ESR5000

Cisco 6506

I will not accept numbers worked backward from stated Availability
data. The answer must contain the data at the equipment level. For a
bonus, you can provide MTBF data at the component level as well.

As always, please provide relevant documentation on the data you
provide. I realize that you may have to make certain assumptions for
which components may be included in the individual equipment (i.e.
different network modules may have different individual MTBFs). Please
use a 'standard' configuration where possible. When doing so, please
state your assumptions.
