I'm looking for some information on a Canadian band called One. They existed in Toronto during probably the early '90s, and they had a minor hit with the humorous ska-pop song "Wide Load." I would like to find out what album this song appeared on and a link to a .jpg of the album art. An added bonus would be a link to a website selling a copy of the album. The only mentions I have been able to find of them on the Web are this article: http://www.seemagazine.com/Issues/1998/0903/mus4.html and this posting from Fark.com, which contains the full lyrics to "Wide Load" toward the end of the thread: http://forums.fark.com/cgi/fark/comments.pl?IDLink=518244 and this posting by a guy trying to identify the band One: http://www.onehitwondercentral.com/forum/thread.cfm?threadid=910&messages=13 | |
