Hello, strongdave-ga!

The following two references provide excellent examples of dispute
resolution in UK-based PPP projects. Please tell me if these are the
types of documents you are seeking.

"PPP Contracts - Dispute Resolution Agreement (Amended and Restated)."
 http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/about/tube-plans/ppp/6_0_15_1.asp

"How to resolve PPP/PFI disputes."
http://www.legal500.com/devs/uk/pp/ukpp_003.htm

Do they fit the bill? If not - what are you hoping for as an answer to
your question?

Hi umiat-ga

To be honest with you, I read these two references before. Yes, they
are the sort of references I am looking for. But, for a $200 question,
I am expecting a comprehensive answer, critical review rather than
description, that is a based on many references.

In particular, I am interested in disputes arising among the private
sector company (i.e. Promoter or SPV)+ disputes between the SPV and
any external contractor.

I hope this answer your question. Don't hesitate to ask if you have
any further questions.
