Who owns Flag Inns of Australia ?

Flag Inns and Flag Hotels are now owned by Choice Hotels International
Inc. It purchased 55% of the company in July 2002 and the remainder in
February 2003. They are now being changed to the Clarion, Quality and
Comfort Inn brands.

Hotel properties are individually owned and operated by independent franchisees.
