I think that only the staff of that hotel can send you a new copy of
your receipt. I can provide you contact information for the Woodfield
Suites in Appleton, so you can contact them and request a copy of the
said receipt. Is that what you need? Please let me know.

Just as a reminder, if you paid with a credit card, you should have a
record of the total amount paid on your credit card bill.  If you no
longer have the bill, your credit card company can probably get you a
copy.
