I read an article a few months ago about a company that provides
software development services to build cellphone applications
(programs that run on the cellphone). They will do all testing of
phone compatibility, and may even have a common API (not J2ME). I read
the article in one of the following magazines, and want to track down
this specific company:

Business 2.0 (most likely)
Fortune
Forbes
