Thermodynamic data on silicon.

I need the following:

1) The molar standard free energy change of sublimation of silicon) ie
to convert 1 mol of solid Si to 1 mol of Gaseous Si while remaining at
0 degrees C.

2)The surface energy for the interface between solid Si and Si vapour
(at approx 300 degrees C and 1/1000 atmosphere).
