My grandmother was in a TV show for one episode in 1972.  I was hoping
to obtain a video of this show in what ever format you can find.

of a videotape or other materials is beyond the scope of the service. 
If you are interested in having a Researcher look into possible ways
to obtain a copy of the show and presenting the results of their
findings here, then please clarify the Question and make any
adjustment to the list price offered to reflect that you would be
provided information and not a copy of the show.

It seems to me that you already have all the relevant information. Why
not just contact the TV station directly?
