I live in the U.S., and I am indeed looking for cut glass information
in North America. Myoarin's comments are very helpful. I am looking
for more comprehensive information in this direction.

Hi. Are you in America? UK? What area is your interest? Regards, Bill.

Greetings,
As Bill's comment suggests, antique cut glass is a diversified
subject, and many books deal with only one country or even one
producer.
Here is a very brief discussion:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/antiques/collectors_guides/glass_cutpressed.shtml

This may be your best source: The Corning Museum of Glass and its library:
http://www.cmog.org/index.asp?pageId=1193

Your best bet may be to click on the library on the sidebar and then
ask a librarian.

This site will allow you an extensive overview of the literature on the subject:
http://www.coastside.net/msinfobooks/glassi.html

http://books.google.com/books?ie=UTF-8&hl=en&id=4FlRLC31Vm8C&dq=antique+cut+glass&prev=http://books.google.com/books%3Fq%3Dantique%2Bcut%2Bglass%2B%26num%3D20%26lr%3D%26safe%3Doff&lpg=PA41&pg=PA43&sig=fqlY7IyN5wPE8lRd2GvMYjtVl70

The link is to "Evers Standard Cut Glass Value Guide", a book with 160
pages showing several items per page with producer's name and price
ranges (from 2004).

Here is another site with four books about American cut glass:

I hope this free comment is of some help, it is not an "answer" to
your question. If you can clarifiy your question, someone may be able
to help you further.
Regards, Myoarin
