Profreckles,

I can provide you with a listing of over 560 Texas Public Libraries in
an Excel Spreadsheet format.

This listing provides the mailing address, phone and fax number, email
address and other information for each library. If only the name of
the library and  mailing address is required, I can delete the extra
information.

Please let me know via the "clarification" feature if my findings
would suit your purpose.

That list will be fine. You can leave the extra info or delete the
extra as you want.
I will Pay the $20.00 for that list.

If you can provide a list of Texas Collage Libaries(Mailing) I would
pay a extra $20.00.
