If you meant by "course", to a degree dedicated to the subject of
brand management, I'm afraid that this doesn't exist in Australia (as
far as I can tell) and that brand management as a subject is
incorporated into degrees in marketing.
However, if by "course" you meant modules or units within existing
degrees, these exist in numerous universities, and some could be also
taken independently (without taking the whole degree).
I began with the highest ranked universities (according to business
school rankings), and continued with the rest of them.

Naturally, the ranking I've presented is only one possibility for you
to identify the best for you. It might be that the best for you is
based on faculty (if there are several people in the faculty who
specialise in brand management and could - for example - supervise a
thesis on the subject); on location; on other conditions (work
opportunities, for example).
