I'm looking for a computer programmer, familiar with the financial
markets, to automate a trading system I am using in the Forex market.

I'm experienced software engineer and also the active trader on
different financial markets (including forex). Could you be a little
more specific - what exactly do you need? A program that automatically
generates the buy/sell signals according to your system, a program
that automatically sends the orders, etc'...?

Preferrably both, but certainly the former, one that generates the buy/sell signals.

Ok, what about input - how do you get a price values? File (if yes,
what format)? API to some online trading platform (if yes, what API)?
Internet (if yes, where exactly)? Something else?

Currently I am using data from my GFT account. I will not be able to
trade thru a black box with GFT as they do not allow it right now.
Therefore, I am willing to use any data feed or API that would best
suit the programmer. I am not "married" to any particular company.
Basically I need someone to setup the whole thing for me. I would
probably trade thru Interactive Brokers or any other outfit that
allows "position hedging", has decent spreads and is reputable.
Unfortunately I am not "technologically inclined", but I do have a
system that has consistently worked in a non-automated environment.
