Hi,

The Annual Energy Outlook presents a midterm forecast and analysis of
US energy supply, demand, and prices through 2030. The projections are
based on results from the Energy Information Administration's National
Energy Modeling System. The AEO2006 Early Release includes the
reference case. The full publication, to be released in early 2006,
will include complete documentation and additional cases examining
energy markets.

This document is in PDF format, which you can download from that page.
After going through the report it appears to be everything you are
looking for, and a bit more.

Well, the same people are forecasting $52.30 per barrel for imported
low sulfur crude in 2008 (the long term forecast) and $59-$85 with 95%
confidence in 2008 (the short term forecast). And in 2004 the same
group forecast $16.36-$32.80 per barrel for 2010, compared with their
current forecast of $47.29 per barrel for the same year.

What does this tell you about the reliability of such forecasts?
