I recently received a traffic ticket for "disobeying a stop sign" in
New York City. The police officer handed me the ticket, but did not
take my signature at the bottom.

If I just ignore the ticket, can the New York state court prove that
the officer gave me the ticket, without my signature? What will
happen if DMV acts against my license? Also, my license in from
Texas.

Thank you.
