I wrote to Sharp and they do not provide support for this printer/copier online...

I recommend contacting a Customer Service Representative at our
number, 1-800-237-4277, and follow the prompts for our Printer Support
Department. The representative will be able to advise as to how the
software for your model unit can obtained.
