I was diagnosed with male infertility problem, sperm count is zero.  I
made five unsuccessful trials using ICSI technique.  All failed due
failure of embryo implantation in my wife.  Also my wife is a poor
responder to Hormones that increase eggs. She took high dosages, but
only one or two useful eggs were collected at each time.
I am planning to make one more trial, may be the last, around July
2006. I want the best chances of success.

Can you suggest to me two fertility clinics that have outstanding
success records with difficult cases such as mine?  Clinics should be
in Europe or the Middle East.  I live in Saudi Arabia, 47 years old;
my wife is 38 years old.
