Alexa doesn't give you any way of determining how many hits you are
really getting. This information is only relative to other sites--how
you rank compared to the whole web.

In order to track how many sites you are really getting, you need to
install a web traffic counter program. A good free one can be found at
http://www.statcounter.com.

Most free web trackers will simply ask you to copy and paste a little
bit of code into your html on each page. If you have a header or
footer that get's imported into each page, that's a really easy way to
paste it once and have it automatically be included on every page of
your site.
