I am entertaining a small group for a dinner party for my fiance's
birthday. We are having Kentucky Bourbon Sirloin Steak. (manly meal!)
I have several excellent options for the wine paring for steak.
However, as a first course, we want to have one of our favortie
salads, ENDIVE AND ARUGULA SALAD WITH PICKLED ONIONS AND BLUE CHEESE
(epicurious.com) which presents wine challange and dilemna for that
course. Can you suggest something?
