WOW! Thanks so much for wanting to reward me for being gracious. Since I spend so much time extricating my foot from my mouth, graciousness is not a quality that I associate with myself, but I won't argue with a customer. ;-) A tip can be assigned to a Google Answers Researcher when you rate an answered question.
