Did she have a child by the name of Yee Liu In and who was the father?

I think some of your information is faulty. What struck me initially
was the unorthodox naming convention. In China if "Chen In" had a
child, that child would not have been named "Yee Liu In", rather more
traditionally, "Chen Yee Liu".

The question is correct the name in Chinese format (family, chosen) is
IN, Chen. It is formed from 2 characters that together mean
"diligent". However, as you are researching for information in the US
- the name would follow Western format ie Ms. Chen IN.

Trust this clarifies.

Some days ago, I tried searching for "In Chen" with and without
Johnson and had no luck (beisdes way too many sites about something
"in Chen".
I only found the name once, in an article about a man who returned to
China or Taiwan and believed that was the name of his mother, which
the paper followed with "(??)", nothing to do with the question.

One possibility would be to ask at the LBJ Library:

Well, I'll be a ...!
That was the article I found, but I didn't finish reading it.

Maybe this link works better:

The article suggests that the daughter could have been fathered by LBJ.
