I am looking to calculate how much will cost me to hire someone of his
salary will be 50K and over.
It will nice to find a calculator.
If not to is there any ?rule? for example -  I need to add 15% to the
salary that the person is receiving to get the cost for me.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you're asking what the
total cost to an employer is, including wages and taxes, that will
depend upon where you are located. Some factors, such as unemployment
tax, will vary from company to company, depending upon the company's
past history of discharging employees.

if you are asking what 50k is, i believe it is $50,000.

If you use microsoft excel then do the following:
In the A1 cell type 50000, in the B1 cell type 15 & then in the C1
cell type =B1*A1/100+A1
then you can change the value in A1 & get your cost without changing
the other cells.
I beleive this is what you were looking for...
