I would like to find and price a printing shop or photo service in
Germany that will take a last-minute credit card order to print, wrap
(in Christmas paper), and mail (within Germany) two A4 photos
(actually ideally the american size 8 1/2 by 11).  Ideally they will
also sell cheap frames and can frame the photos before sending them,
but this is not required.

In the US, most copy shops would do this (Kinko's).  Also internet
photo services such as Shutterfly, Ofoto, although I did look at Ofoto
Germany and couldn't find A4 size prints.

If you find the print shops, the easiest/fastest way to find out the
next thing might be to pick up the phone ... how much would it cost to
print two large A4 size photos, wrap them, and put them in the mail to
Germany?  I can email the two .jpg files right now, and provide a
credit card number.  Also, do they have picture frames available? 
Something cheap, ideally a bright color, or white, and otherwise
black.  (The photos are for two 11-year old girls, no need to look
fancy.)

The price for the answer is for:
-- two services or shops
-- prices for the services
-- answer to the question:  do they frame
-- if a service:  the URL.  If a shop, the phone number, and the name
of someone their you've spoken to who understands what I want and says
yes.   (I can speak enough german to explain something that someone
already understands! :-)

I know it's late in the day there but here the Kinko's etc are open 24
hours, as are the web services like Shutterfly.  An answer early on
Thursday morning would also work.
