I plan to start my own business in my country that will supply
statistical
sales data to pharmaceutical companies. The source of the data will be
all pharma wholesalers in the country. The pharma wholesalers will
deliver their weekly sales data, the data will be
analysed/consolidated and then
they will be made availabe back to the pharma companies.

To guarantee the continuous flow of sales data from the wholesalers,
a contract needs to be signed.

I search for such a contract or contract template that has been
created
and used for a similar case in the past in order to get some ideas on
what
I should include in my own contracts.

I plan to start the business in a European Community country. The
exact country is not really relevant as the E.C law and jurisprudences
govern us all.

I don’t really mind about the exact wording of the contract clauses,
as a local lawyer will review it and amend it. I am mainly interested
on the clauses defining/clarifying the obligations of the wholesalers.

It seems like you are looking for some kind of group contract? This
could be hard to find, because from my understanding, wouldn't it be
specific one-on-one contracts in this situation? For example :

A. Contract between a wholesaler and your company to provide
information

B. Contract between your company and a buyer of the processed
information

The fact that there are many wholesalers doesn't change anything, it
just means that you need more instances of Contract A, one for each
wholesaler you deal with. Does this make sense? Would this work
better? Let me know if so, and I will find you instances of each type,
A and B.

Hi Kyrie26-ga,

I was more looking for a sample contract / contract template to
describe
the relations terms between wholesalers and my buisinness 
(e.g. wholesalers' obligation to provide timely and accurate sales
data information, in which form they will provide the data, their
payment terms,
confidentiality and exclusivity clauses etc.)
