which Internet websites provide a list of expert with whom anyone can consult?
It's important for me that 3 criteria will be met:
1. The advice must be live-online (unlike Google answers for example)
2. The experts must be rated by users so that anyone can see what
others are thinking about them.
3. The experts must be professionals in the area of personal advice
(relationships issues, counseling etc.)

Please provide me with as many sites as you can.
Also I would appreciate if the sites can be ranked by popularity or
some other "importance" criteria.
