Hi codyboy,
Im afraid we dont have enough information to help you find the
flatware youre looking for. The numbers 18/10 only describe the
metal that the spoons were made of ---
What is 18/10 Stainless Steel?
Regarded as highly durable and practical for cutlery 18/10 is a
chromium alloy steel with 18% of chrome and 10% of nickel. It was
invented in Sheffield early in the last century and is almost immune
from corrosion, acids and strong detergents.

18/8 and 18/10 refer to the percentages of chromium and nickel in the
stainless steel alloy. The "18" refers to the chromium content, which
gives silver its strength, and the "8" or "10" refers to the nickel
content, which gives it its shine and rust-resistance.
Both 18/8 and 18/10 are premium quality when it comes to stainless
flatware. 18/10 could be considered slightly better, but there is
little difference. Keep in mind that these numbers do not refer to the
weight of the stainless

And, the term Sternum does not show up in any searches related to
flatware. I wonder if the tiny, possibly ornate text could have said,
Stainless or another name brand?
Here is a list of name brands of high quality stainless flatware
beginning with S --- maybe something looks familiar?

Perhaps you could call the restaurant and ask them to verify what the
words are or even ask where they buy them?
Good luck K~ |
