What are insurance companies spending on inforamtion technology, what is the value they are gettting. Can you locate any benchmarks and/or frameworks that some carrier has used in the past? |

www.forrester.com, search for IT SPENDING INSURANCE. They have a report. I think it's something like $200 US. IDC has one as well. Older data is often available online but the newer information usually requires a fee. |

Aniljain -- Meta Group, now owned by Gartner Group, once provided similar information on their Metricnet site.
