How long does it take to install the following Cisco routers. I'm interested
primarily in installation, but an idea of configuration time would be
helpful as well.

Hi, it depends on the features (L2, L3, routing protocols, ...) you
will like to enable and how many ports you will use.
The datacenter facility where I do work deploys 2 x C6509, 6 x C4006
and dozens of
C35XX.
The setup for basic L2 connectivity with VLANs for a C4006 is
strightforward. It takes less than 1 hour plus the time to connect all
the network cables. The same
for the C6509. The C35XX series is usually quicker to configure, since
it has less
ports and does only L2.
Summarizing, it is impossible to answer your question, without access
to a detailed
document describing your planned network infrastructure.
