About 15 years ago, the Great America themepark in Santa Clara, CA
opened a new ride called The Revolution. They advertised it using Gill
Scott Heron's "The Revolution Will not be Televised". It seems they
didn't have permission and I think he sued them. Any more background
to this, and did he succeed? Thanks
