As a Canadian (Ontario resident), I am interested in funding/scholarship
opportunities for a Masters project in Dental Informatics at the
University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA. I'm looking to apply for this
year's application cycle and pending acceptance, I will hold a BSc and
DMD degree by the time I start. Funding would ideally cover material
costs, tuition, moving and living expenses, and have a stipend for two
years duration.

Here's what I've got so far. According to this page, I am ineligible
for funding under NLM/NIDCR as I am not a US citizen nor a US
permanent resident:

http://www.cbmi.pitt.edu/trainingprogram/funding.htm

Which means that not only am I ineligible for funding for a Master's
project, but also a yearly stipend. The director for dental
informatics suggests these sites:

http://www.cos.com/
http://fundingopps.cos.com/

and I have also been browsing:

http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hcs-sss/ehealth-esante/infostructure/finance/index_e.html

but quite frankly, I am lost. There's too much text for me to read!
I think obtaining funding from the Government of Canada is my best bet
as I have every intention of returning to Canada after I earn the
degree.

Please help!

I figured it out:
http://www.cihr-irsc.gc.ca/e/22340.html

It's a Fellowship Award given out by the CIHR with deadlines of Oct 1
and Feb 1 each year.

I am going to cancel the list price now.
