I have a simple Access (2003) database that is nothing more than a
customers? list. It is getting large and names are getting harder to
find. I added a column on the table (there is only one table) where I
could put a check mark. I then created a query that would look up
last names only. I then created a form that would return all the name
information of all of the people with the same last name and a check
box next to their name. This way I can select the person I want and
open that record. The problem is I only want to be able to place one
check box at a time. I tried figuring out how to limit the number of
check boxes selected in the main table but I can?t out how but that
may not be the best solution. The first, last and middle names are in
separate columns.

I would prefer to do this without VBA if I can since I suck at writing
it and have to pull everything out of a book.

Please help?
