I am looking to open up my own online real estate referral service,
similiar to that of lending tree's, except with a niche directed
towards college rentals.  My question is how does a site like lending
tree have a broker of record for every state?  In my answer I simply want to
know how it was done and can help me in doing so.  For example,
whether it was through
partnerships, offering different broker of records a share of profit, or
through license lending,etc.  Thanks so much!
