I recenly had windows me reloaded due to what I believe to be viruses.
when I attemped to go on line I get a message that the computer that I
am trying to reach does not answer a #628 when I tried to go on line
with msn program it worked, I have no account with msn, but with
people pc. Help

You can get a list of access numbers for your area here:
http://www.peoplepc.com/connect/internet_access.asp

Note also that just because an access number is physically closest
doesn't necessarily mean it will give you the best service. You should
experiment with a few numbers near you (assuming you do get a
connection working) to see which gives you the best and most reliable
service.
