Is there a book listing all financial derivatives dealers with their
positions and contact info at the main trading institutions?(I know
there used to be one such book in for the foreign exchange and money
market dealers published by London House whose name I do not
remember,if you know this please let me know too)

No, but the internet site needs to have the content of the book I am
referring to (that is more limited to fx and fx derivatives dealers)or
something very equivalent . I am looking for that book that I know
exist or the book that covers all derivatives dealers.
Does it matter what country they are in? 
No, but please but understand this handbook contains the name and
contact of all dealers in all countries financial centers.
