I am looking for websites where I can download or purchase, recordings
of a customer talking with a call-cetner agent. These recordings
should NOT be Audio files, rather I need them in TEXT-format (either
they were already transformed to text, or they origined from web CHAT)

I want these interactions to be on a specific product or service, and
I want many (>500) customer questions on the same product/service
(i.e. different clients asking questions on the same product). I am
not seeking FAQs of products, rather I want many users to ask similar
questions in their own unique way. (i.e. 1: how much does shipping
cost? 2: i want to know if shipping is expensive. ,...)

I think these transcripts could be found in text-analsys repositories
of universities. Or. In customer-support organization/research
studies. But any google search result is welcomed.

I will be willing to pay partially for partial results, if they are
usefull for me.
free repositories are better for me than commercial ones. to be
usefull, the transcipts should be organized in some kind of
computer-readable text format.
